Al Cappuccino...
Grew up on East Coast Hip-Hop, free parties on the ridgeway around
Oxfordshire, Nirvana & The California Sunrise...
Started buying records as a teenager in 1996 and DJing around the local
scene from 2000 - 2003. After being "a Heartless follower regular!", raves,
parties, sessions and generally living on the wild side of life I retiered
to the office life... BUT NOW I'M BACK - AND BIGGER THAN EVER!
After meeting my good friend and inspirational ICON (Bobby D) I got in to
radio at OX4FM.
I was trained in broadcasting by another master on the scene (Geno
Humphries) and following an eight week coarse they decided that Al
Cappuccino was ready for the air-waves of Oxfordshire...
If you're reading this you already know about the station - We (as a family)
are dangerous! - the choons you will hear on this station are from our
hearts - not a governed play lists and record labels, we play what we like
and more importantly what you, our listeners, like.
PROJECT MAYHEM is exactly what it says on the tin - MAYHEM... You'll hear
everything and anything from old school jungle the The Prodigy Experience -
You'll hear Method Man and Redman freestyling with Fat Joe through through
to Special Ed our very own Destination Crew.
I have a big affiliation with SIMPLE,a big Oxford house night that is held
on the first Saturday of every month down at the bully and my very good
friend DJD - bad boy DJ from day dot - check him out at the imperial rooms
in Oxford.
In short - Al Cappuccino hasn't been around long but remember the name and
check out the show... You'll either love it or hate it!
