Whats good people? Tayvis Gabbidon or better know as Tay.G by most. I was born in the UK and as a small baby moved to the US, growing up in areas of the south until I landed in Las Vegas, Sin City, Nevada at the age of 11. Like most people who are nurtured in the struggle, I have a similar story to those. Being taken away from my father as a baby, I endured a troublesome upbringing but it is that same struggle that made me the man I am today and it is that same struggle that I express in my music today.
My mother, my father, my wife and my children are American Citizens yet I find my self deported due to previous crimes and because my mother became an American citizen two weeks too late. Having been robbed by the system that we put so much faith into, it is not an accident that I articulate political ideas in my art, my music and my LIFE.
