Owen has lived in Oxford for over 20 years and played out all over Oxfordshire, playing a mixture of r’n’b and reggae, plus, on the odd occasion, house and drum ’n’ bass. Born and bred on Blackbird Leys, Ian started as a DJ at 16. Since then, he has played all over the south east of England, playing a mix of the funkiest beats, from pop through to soca.
